Senior Golang Developer

You will be joining the IT team in the Zurich HQ to continuously help to be the number one solution for automation.

The primary responsibilities would be:

• Partner with stakeholders to capture business needs and shape them into clear technical goals and actionable outcomes.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems using Go.
• Work together with product managers and engineering leads to align on priorities and strategy.
• Review code contributions, mentor peers, and uphold best practices to ensure high-quality engineering standards.

The basic requirements are as follows:

• 3+ years of experience working with Golang
• Master’s degree in Computer Science
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure
• Expert in relational databases
• Likes and knows functional programming
• Permanent employment basis, full-time hybrid working policy in Zurich
• Salary range – up to CHF 120,000 + further benefits.
