Job description

• SW technical support of the ECR (electronic cash register) system runs in the mobile phone or in the payment terminal (Android and iOS platform).
• Communication and cooperation with 1st and 3rd level support teams
• Communication with service partners and HW vendors
• Analysis of reported issues and consultations with merchants or internal colleagues
• Reporting and tracking of incidents handed over to 3rd level support
• Close cooperation with the product and project management teams
• Active support during development phase including cooperation on internal testing
• Creation of product documentations
• Communication with other teams across US and Europe

What we need:

• Languages German fluently and English B2 minimally
• Active approach
• Analytical thinking
• Communication skills
• Middle IT knowledges
• OS Windows, Android and iOS settings
• Work with basic tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of HW
