Join a leading Nordic fintech as a Senior Java Developer / IT Architect and help shape innovative digital sales solutions. We’re seeking a talented individual to raise the bar in Java development, guide feature design, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Set new standards for Java practices within the team.
• Design new features, address incidents and support production issue resolution.
• Work closely with software engineers, contribute to development and testing, and engage with diverse stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions.
• Operate within a cross-functional agile squad, and liaise with other architects to align on digital sales architecture and strategy.

About You

• Background as an IT Architect or proven experience as a Lead/Senior Java Developer eager to grow in architecture.
• Proficient in CI/CD and familiar with ITIL or similar methodologies.
• Skilled in API best practices, with the ability to build architecture roadmaps and communicate design choices to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Advanced English skills required.

Compensation: Monthly salary range up to 7320 EUR gross
