Digital Transformation Manager

We are looking for an experienced innovation leader to drive our digital transformation and AI integration roadmap, delivering practical, high-impact solutions. The role requires strategic vision, strong change management skills, digital expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multinational environment. 

Responsibilities

1. Translate strategic vision into actionable Digital Transformation projects coordinated across departments. 
2. Support the development and management of the Digital Transformation Roadmap, including cross-departmental initiatives and project implementation. 
3. Identify, assess, and manage project risks while defining and tracking KPIs to report progress. 
4. Facilitate AI integration in education, training, and exercises; contribute to developing AI tools, training, and policy. 
5. Contribute to Regional AI Hub development, share best practices, mentor staff and students, and serve as a technical expert on Digital Transformation and AI integration. 

Qualifications

1. Proven track record in digital product management, digitisation projects, and AI implementation, preferably within the Microsoft ecosystem. 
2. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 
3. Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex data and developing actionable strategies. 
4. Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, as well as proven project management ability within international, multicultural teams. 
5. Language: English (Proficient User: C1+ or a comparable language performance profile). 

Desirable Qualifications 

1. Previous experience in IT within corporate or educational/training settings, especially leading digital transformation and user adoption.
