At the moment, we are looking for a Data Scientist (Product/Experimentation) - a person who will work together with the teams that are working hard to make CityBee and MyBee products loved by our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Deep diving into data to evaluate proposed product changes and find opportunities for delivering extra value for customers;
Validate or reject various hypothesis to ensure smooth data driven decisions process;
Contribute to the designing and running experiments (e.g., A/B tests), analyze the impact of product changes while also conducting exploratory analyses to uncover new opportunities, such as understanding markets, user behaviors, and long-term trends;
Develop continuous processes for evaluating impact of taken activities etc.;
Help respond to data-related questions from product and business teams, escalating more complex cases to senior colleagues;
Clearly document/communicate and present findings to cross-functional teams and managers.

Requirements

1-3 years hands on experience in product analytics (A/B & hypothesis testing, statistical analysis and/or ML application);
Solid knowledge in data querying languages (e.g. SQL);
Familiarity with modern python libraries for a/b testing and data science - pandas, numpy, sci-kitlearn, seaborn, abtest, scipy etc.;
Some familiarity with BI tools, dashboarding, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar;
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to convey technical and statistical information;
Strong written and spoken English skills;

Monthly salary:

From 2600 - 4130 EUR gross. Specific amount will be offered based on your work experience and competencies
