R&D Project Manager – Bar-Lev site, Israel

• We are looking for an Project Manager to join our innovative team and lead the development of cutting-edge products in the field of dental implantology
  
  

This is an exciting opportunity to drive New Product Development (NPD) projects from initial concept through market launch, working with multidisciplinary teams and global interfaces to bring impactful solutions to dental professionals and patients worldwide

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary NPD projects from requirements definition through successful launch.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and quality to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, QA, RA, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Generate project reports and present updates to senior management.
• Identify risks, drive decisions, and implement creative solutions.
• Work closely with the corporate team and external stakeholders to align on requirements and regulatory standards.
  
  

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree – advantage).
• Has at least 3 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Brings proven project management experience – required.
• Has experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry – strong advantage.
• Experienced in leading NPD projects and managing product lifecycle – advantage.
• Completed a Project Management course (PM) – required.
• Has excellent English skills (reading, writing, and communication).
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with project management tools.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, independence, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Thrives under pressure and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
