Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst T2S/ Settlement :


Responsibilities :


  • Provide support for daily activities across a portfolio including company research, quantitative analysis, process optimization, and project management.
  • Take ownership of specific components of multiple projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Conduct workshops, facilitate meetings, and coach operational teams on settlement processes.
  • Document and describe the full settlement flow of securities, particularly for securities outside T2S scope.
  • Define settlement combinations per country where direct T2S settlement is not allowed.
  • Establish and describe rules for realignment triggers (e.g., LACK, economic reasons).
  • Draft procedures for both manual and automated realignments.
  • Support the configuration in Cascade and T2S to enable alternative settlement links.
  • Produce clear business requirements and related documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the Settlement Cluster and learn from subject matter experts to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure delivery of clearly defined work products in line with project goals.


Prerequisites :


  • 2–3 years of experience in relevant areas (Finance, Operations, CRM, or Organizational Change).
  • Hands-on experience in at least one project applying best practices in operational models.
  • Proven knowledge of settlement flows and T2S.
  • Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to translate operational needs into structured requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with full autonomy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory).
