We are seeking a Test Engineer Python to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software testing, with a focus on test automation using Python. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Python.
- Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test automation frameworks.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of software applications.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand project requirements and define testing strategies.
- Identify, track, and report software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Continuously improve test processes and automation to increase coverage and efficiency.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation.
- Strong proficiency in Python for test automation.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, PyTest, or similar.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance testing).
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in testing APIs and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
