IT Project Manager - English&French speaker (H/F)

DSI Group is actively looking for an "IT Project Manager", for one of its clients based in Luxembourg.

We are looking for an English AND French speaker.

Your mission :

This is your chance to steer exciting and mission-critical projects from inception to completion in a fast moving industry. You'll be an integral part of a skilled team of Project Managers (PMs) and Business Analysts (BAs) thriving on a mix of internal and external projects that shape our business landscape.

Your impact will cover:

• Craft the project’s blueprint, setting clear objectives to ensure alignment with our strategic goals
• Pinpoint and mobilize the right mix of talents necessary for project triumph
• Design and implement a RASCI matrix to clarify roles and responsibilities, ensuring a smooth project lifecycle
• Craft a meticulous project plan, managing resources, timelines, and deliverables with precision
• Uphold the highest standards of deliverable quality, guaranteeing stakeholder satisfaction at every project milestone
• Monitor and control the schedule and propose adjustments when necessary
• Ensure all deliverables are provided and validated by relevant stakeholders for every project gate
• Be the linchpin for project updates, offering crystal-clear insights into progress, budgets, and outcomes through bespoke corporate reports
• Identify and navigate project uncertainties and challenges, securing project success.

Your profile :

• A Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Business Administration, Management, or Project Management
• You speak fluently English and French
• A keen eye for detail paired with the ability to visualize the larger landscape
• Independence in managing projects with minimal supervision, backed by self_confidence and formidable interpersonal prowess
• Mastery of written communication in both English ensuring flawless information dissemination
• A proactive mindset with a proven track record of fostering relationships, influencing decision-makers, and leading cross-functional, multicultural teams with authority
• Organisational acumen, potentially highlighted by management experience
• A history of leading projects and implementing change, showcasing your ability to navigate and adapt within various assignments
