🚀 AWS Developer – Cloud Contact Centre Join our dynamic Cloud Contact Centre team at Coforge Spain, driving the transformation of our Financial Services’ customer interaction platforms across Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV), built on AWS.

We’re looking for AWS Developers to be part of Agile squads leading both transformation and BAU initiatives. You’ll work closely with technical leads and cross-functional teams in Lisbon, Málaga, Madrid, or Cantabria, collaborating with the Financial Services customer UK.

🌐 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement AWS Lambda functions using Python
• Build and enhance Amazon Connect solutions with Contact Flows and Amazon Lex
• Integrate with internal and third-party systems (e.g., Payments, Accounts, Nuance Voice Biometrics)
• Leverage AWS services like DynamoDB, Kinesis, API Gateway, and more
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and deliver user stories in a fast-paced environment

✅ Must-Have Skills

• Python on AWS Lambda (critical requirement)
• Experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex
• Proficiency in Python (mandatory), plus Java or JavaScript
• Solid understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Git workflows, CloudFormation, SAM CLI)
• Strong grasp of AWS architecture fundamentals
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 minimum)

🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills

• AWS certifications
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, Confluence)
• Exposure to AI training or Contact Centre/IVR systems
