For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Fullstack Developer (Mid/Senior)

📍 Location: Poznań (Hybrid – 1 day/week in office, Thursdays)

💰 Rate: Up to 145 PLN/hour

🗓️ Start Date: September 2025 (1-month notice period)

📅 Initial Contract: 6 months, with long-term collaboration potential

🕒 Working Hours: Standard Polish hours (8–16 or 9–17)

🌍 Remote Work: 4 days/week remote, 1 day/week onsite in Poznań

Project Overview

We are seeking a self-driven Fullstack Developer with strong experience in both frontend and backend development. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications, primarily built on Adobe Experience Manager, and help transition to open-source CMS platforms based on Node.js (e.g., Apostrophe, Strapi). The role also includes supporting and potentially reimplementing cloud functions and backend logic using Node.js and GoLang.

You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team (currently 3 people: 2 backend, 1 frontend + Manager) focused on knowledge platform development, with opportunities to work on international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user interfaces using React, including hooks and state management.
• Build and extend backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Support and reimplement cloud functions (GCP, Azure, AWS – any is acceptable).
• Create responsive, standards-compliant interfaces using HTML, CSS/SCSS.
• Work with SQL databases – schema design, query optimization.
• Collaborate on UI prototyping using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Debug frontend and backend issues using tools like Chrome DevTools and Node.js debugger.
• Contribute to solution design and maintain code quality across the stack.
• Work independently while aligning with team goals and pharma industry standards.

Tech Stack Focus

• JavaScript (ES6+) – clean, maintainable code
• React – UI development
• Node.js & Express.js – REST API and backend logic
• HTML, CSS/SCSS – responsive design
• SQL – relational database management
• Cloud Platforms – GCP preferred, Azure and AWS also acceptable
• GoLang – nice to have (for server-side scripting)
• Git & GitHub – version control
• UI Design Tools – Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer
• Strong focus on frontend development, with solid backend understanding
• Experience with content management using Node.js-based tools (not PHP, Java, .NET)
• Fluent in English (C1 level) – required for international collaboration
• Able to work independently, bring new ideas, and adapt to regulated environments
