Information Security Architect

About the job:

The security architect works to ensure that projects within the organization are carried out from a security perspective and to contribute to corporate security design studies.

This position will be

• Providing Information Security Consultancy for IT projects to align with security standards and operational goals,
• Reviewing and approving Information Security requests according to Information Security Policies,
• Designing and implementing Information Security controls on related systems,
• Prepare policies, instructions, procedures, standards, etc. in relation to the information Security
• Inspect the compliance of the internal and external information security processes of the corporation with the regulations as well as the procedures and policies of the corporation
• Provide assurance, recommendations, and approvals in relation to the IT systems and processes, IT risks, IT projects, and basic work processes
• Determine the critical processes and the relevant rules required to be followed in the field of Information Technologies
• Following latest cyber threats and security trends and taking proper actions to mitigate the related Information security risks,
• Carry out information security awareness works
• Carry out risk Analysis

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Technical knowledge for security, network, server environment.
• Technical knowledge in security devices such as Firewall, VPN, IPS, WAF, Proxy, NAC.
• Technical knowledge in security tools and products. (EDR, PAM, DLP, CASB, SIEM etc)
• Technical knowledge in cloud applications security (AWS, Azure etc.)
• Knowledge in application and data security
• Holding the industry certificates like, CISSP, CISM, or CRISC preferred
• Min 7 years of experience in Information Security or Cyber Security
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Enthusiasm for Information Security and Cyber Security
• Being an energetic and proactive person who likes to work in an agile environment
