Business Analyst

Job Description

Amaris Consulting is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our client team and support the integration of aviation content distribution services such as flight search, reservation, ticketing, and ticket change processes. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence 2 days per week at either the Libadiye or Halkalı office.

Job Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibility – Client Integration Support:

Validate client API integrations by reviewing test environment implementations based on published technical documentation (certification process).
Investigate and respond to client technical issues and questions during the testing phase.
Troubleshoot client-specific issues or method-level inquiries in both test and production environments.
Coordinate client activation by completing necessary configurations and ensuring smooth data flow.

Secondary Responsibility – Analysis & Testing Support:

Conduct feasibility studies and functional analysis prior to new feature development.
Prepare and maintain detailed analysis documentation.
Perform analyst testing and support deployment activities.
Collaborate on requirement gathering, business needs analysis, and project planning efforts.

Required Qualifications:

4 to 6 years of experience.
Proven expertise in business analysis and API lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience in:

API Integration
API Design
API Testing

Solid understanding of REST/XML APIs and integration best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) for effective collaboration with international stakeholders.
Experience in aviation, travel technology, or similar domains is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in hybrid and cross-functional team environments.
