Distribution Service Manager - (Network Engineer)

We are looking for a Distribution Service Manager with a solid Network Engineering background to strengthen our distribution service operations in Türkiye. This role combines technical expertise with partner support and enablement, ensuring high service standards across our distribution network.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and execution of distribution service strategies in Türkiye.
• Provide technical delivery and maintenance support to distribution partners.
• Collect and analyze serviceability issues, recommending and implementing improvements.
• Deliver training and enablement programs for distribution service partners.

Skill Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• 2–5 years of experience in network planning, deployment, construction, or maintenance.
• Preferred: HCIA-Datacom, CCNA-R&S, or equivalent certifications.
• Preferred: Experience with network distribution products.
