We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning / AI Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our innovative team. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art ML/AI models to drive predictive intelligence, process automation, and personalized digital solutions for our clients.

• Design and implement advanced ML/AI models to power intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and decision-support systems.
• Analyze large-scale datasets from diverse industries to uncover actionable insights and optimize business processes.
• Build and enhance recommendation engines, anomaly detection systems, and forecasting models tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and consulting) to integrate AI into client solutions.
• Develop and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines for continuous training, deployment, and monitoring of ML models.
• Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI/ML technologies and integrate them into practical, enterprise-grade solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering with real-world production deployments.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or predictive modeling with practical deep learning implementations.
• Strong understanding of data engineering workflows (Airflow, Spark, or modern data stack).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment and monitoring.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

• Experience in AI-driven business process automation and intelligent workflow orchestration.
• Exposure to Generative AI, agentic AI frameworks, or autonomous systems.
• Prior experience in enterprise digital transformation or consulting.
• Knowledge of predictive customer lifetime value modeling, churn analysis, and revenue optimization.
• Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI applications for content automation and personalization.
