Job Title: Management Associate (Technology)
Monthly Salary: S$4,833 (₹3.02 Lakhs)

Key Outcomes
Hospitality Tech Stack Implementation
• Build and deploy mobile-first property management and customer relationship systems
• Target: Complete system rollout with full team adoption
• Metric: Operational efficiency improvements and user satisfaction scores
AI & Automation Integration
• Lead company-wide AI enablement and develop automated customer service solutions
• Target: Significant reduction in manual tasks and improved response times
• Metric: Team productivity gains and customer satisfaction ratings
Direct Booking Platform Development
• Create seamless booking experience with payment processing and security features
• Target: Increase direct bookings and improve conversion rates
• Metric: Platform adoption and transaction success rates
Data & Analytics Infrastructure
• Build comprehensive marketing dashboards and performance tracking systems
• Target: Real-time visibility into all key business metrics
• Metric: Data accuracy and stakeholder satisfaction
Technical Delivery Excellence
• Manage release cycles and ensure system reliability
• Target: Consistent product releases with high uptime
• Metric: System stability and internal user satisfaction

Key Competencies We're Looking For
Technical Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex technology initiatives simultaneously, from vendor selection to production deployment
Hospitality Tech Expertise: Understanding of Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, and CRM systems—or strong ability to quickly master these domains
AI & Data-Driven Mindset: Experience implementing AI tools, automation solutions, and building data infrastructure that drives decision-making
Experience and Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
2-4 years of experience in technical project management or product management
Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and modern tech stacks
Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and dashboard creation
Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-have: Experience with hospitality tech, AI/ML implementation, or payment systems
