Accountabilities:
- Design, implement, and refine core gameplay systems and interactive features, including procedural animation, AI behaviors, player controls, and environmental systems
- Prototype and iterate on features using C, C#, or C++ to deliver polished, high-quality gameplay experiences
- Enhance internal tools, such as level editors or visual scripting pipelines, to empower the broader design team
- Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to integrate gameplay features and ensure seamless player experiences
- Contribute to multiplayer game development and online game operations, ensuring smooth live experiences
- Engage in cross-disciplinary work to address creative and technical challenges across the game development lifecycle
- Proficiency in C, C#, or C++ for rapid prototyping of 3D gameplay systems
- Experience with visual scripting and integrating systems within a game engine (e.g., Unity, Unreal, or proprietary tools)
- Knowledge of multiplayer game development and online operations for live games
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools such as Maya or other game engine assets
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple disciplines
- Passion for creating interactive experiences with rich player feedback and immersive game feel
- Interest in exploring experimental or unconventional game concepts
- Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative design processes
- Desire to craft meaningful, emotionally resonant experiences for players
