PMO Analyst / Specialist (Expert & Senior Expert)

We are seeking highly experienced PMO Experts and Senior Experts to lead project management governance, standardization, and strategic oversight. These roles ensure projects are executed effectively, aligned with business objectives, and delivered within scope, budget, and timelines.

For Both Levels:

• Define and implement standardized project management methodologies and best practices.
  

• Oversee project portfolio performance, including timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  

• Conduct advanced project performance analysis and reporting for senior leadership.
  

• Provide guidance and support to project managers and PMO staff.
  

• Promote adoption of project management tools and systems across the organization.
  

Additional for Senior Expert:

• Develop and execute PMO strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  

• Lead large-scale or complex project governance initiatives.
  

• Mentor and develop mid-level PMO professionals.
  

• Advise executive leadership on portfolio prioritization, risk management, and project optimization.
  

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within project management practices.
  

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  

• Expert: 11–13 years of experience in PMO leadership, project governance, or portfolio management.
  

• Senior Expert: 14–16 years of progressive experience in enterprise PMO strategy and execution.
  

• Deep expertise in project management frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.).
  

• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  

• Advanced proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).
  

• Leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities.
  

• Ability to influence project outcomes and enterprise-level portfolio decisions.
  

• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, PgMP, or equivalent advanced project management certifications.
