Middle Full Stack Engineer (React + Node.js)

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced with 3+ years with TypeScript and JavaScript
• A practitioner of React and Node.js with more focus on backend
• Hands-on with AWS (S3/EKS, CI/CD, AWS Quicksight, AWS Cloudwatch)
• Experienced with Docker
• Hands-on with MongoDB
• Confident in NPM package manager, Bitbucket branching, and continuous integration, like GraphQL
• Skilled in working with tools of the trade, including Atlassian Jira (cloud), Xray, or any JIRA apps
• Proficient in software development in a team, and a track record of shipping high-quality software on time
• Well-versed in taking raw product requirements and developing software solutions to bring products to life
• Effective as a team player
• Adept at prioritizing and managing work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Competent in achieving effective communication and driving successful results from self and team
• Capable of communicating in English freely in a multicultural environment
• Skilled in Kubernetes (would be a plus)

• Develop a deep understanding of both the product code base through hands-on experimentation and exploration
• Assess and shepherd the technical delivery of products to ensure adherence to best practices
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes
• Collaborate with the Product Management team and other stakeholders, contributing to the product roadmap, product requirements, and product release schedule
• Identify gaps in the technical aspects of the end-user experience
• Estimate software development requirements and effort, propose alternatives, and prioritize development tasks for a given area
