What you'll do:
- Apply methods like linear regression and decision trees to build predictive models, and work with time series forecasting using libraries like darts for more accurate predictions.
- Use Python along with libraries like pandas and numpy for data manipulation and analysis, preparing data for modeling and visualization.
- Leverage Scikit-Learn (Sklearn) to build efficient machine learning pipelines, with a focus on NLP (Natural Language Processing) and classification tasks.
- Create insightful visualizations of complex data using matplotlib, turning data-driven insights into clear, actionable graphics.
- Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), conducting queries and data analysis in BigQuery, as well as interacting with Google Cloud Storage to streamline data workflows.
- Hybrid Work Model (flexible)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- Python as the core programming language for data manipulation, analysis, and machine learning.
- Experienced with libraries such as pandas, numpy, matplotlib, and scikit-learn.
- Familiar with a wide array of ML techniques, including linear regression, decision trees, and time series forecasting with libraries like darts for advanced time-based predictions.
- Skilled in creating impactful visualizations using matplotlib, transforming complex data into clear, meaningful insights.
- Expertise in applying machine learning pipelines to NLP tasks, using sklearn and other related libraries for classification and text processing.
- Proficient in using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery for querying large datasets and Google Cloud Storage for managing data storage and workflows.
- Experienced with fastavro for efficiently working with Avro file formats in big data systems, is a plus
- Fluent in English.
