Principal Software Engineer

• Contract duration: 9 + 12 + 12 months 

• Location of work: Canberra / Hybrid

Our federal government client, the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) is seeking a Principal Software Engineer. 

Selection Criteria

Essential 

1. Strong stakeholder engagement and professional relationship management skills.

2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

3. Relevant experience in software development (.Net and Angular).

4. Experience in supporting digital solutions across a wide range of technical and business stakeholders.

5. Experience developing guides, designs, architectural documents and other relevant artefacts.

Desirable 

1. Qualifications or experience in supporting agile software development teams is desirable.

2. Experience designing cloud native applications and/or migrating on-premises solutions to the cloud is desirable.
