At ProUnity we already have a strong Design Foundation with a dedicated team in place. Now, we’re taking the next step: expanding and evolving this into a broader Product Design team. A team where designers don’t just deliver mockups, but take ownership of the full product experience end-to-end—and where learning and sharing across domains strengthens the entire group.

Joining now means stepping in at a defining moment. You’ll help us grow as a Product Design team, with more ownership, deeper collaboration, and stronger impact across the company. You’ll not only shape user experiences, but also contribute to how design itself is embedded in our product organization.

Location: Brussels (hybrid, min. 1 day/week on-site)

Bonus: Based in the Netherlands? Then you’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with our Striive team in Hoofddorp.

As a Product Designer, You Will

• Own the end-to-end design process – from discovery research, journey mapping, and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI.
• Champion the user experience – ensuring that every solution is valuable, usable, and elegant.
• Collaborate closely with engineers – ensuring smooth handover and pixel-perfect implementation, while understanding the technical side of design.
• Build and evolve our design system – contribute to consistency, scalability, and efficiency across ProUnity.
• Experiment and validate – run discovery sessions, test prototypes, and continuously learn from users.

Here’s what we offer you

A competitive salary between € 3500 - 4500 gross per month based on 40 h/w, depending on your experience

What we expect from you

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (UX/UI) in a cross-functional product team.
• Mastery of modern design tools: Figma and Sketch, experience prototyping tools like Framer, Replit, or Lovable is a plus.
• A solid understanding of accesibility principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches.
• Some technical affinity: comfortable discussing HTML/CSS (experience with Angular or other frameworks is a plus).
• Strong skills in user research and usability testing.
• Experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• A collaborative spirit: you enjoy working closely with engineers and product managers and thrive in empowered teams.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) + knowledge of Dutch or French.
• Willingness to work at least 1 day per week in Brussels.
