Freelance Project Opportunity – Pipeline Construction (Charleroi, Belgium)

We are looking for an experienced Pipeline Project Manager / Site Coordinator (freelance or contractor) to support a small but highly regulated pipeline project in Charleroi (French-speaking Belgium).

Project details:

🔹 Installation of an oxygen high-pressure pipe

🔹 Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) of ~300m + ~20m trenching

🔹 Duration: approx. 6 months

🔹 Start: Early October 2025

What we need:

✅ Strong experience in pipeline construction projects

✅ Ability to manage extensive documentation requirements

✅ Strict compliance with oxygen clean working practices

✅ Fluency in French (essential)

Nice to know:

• HDD specialists are already in place.
• Budget is negotiable depending on experience.
