Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – Solar Energy

Location: Germany (Hybrid: Site & Home)

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead solar projects across Germany from initial assessment to commissioning. You’ll support the Country Manager, manage contractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously.
• Develop business cases, oversee designs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Select and manage contractors, including grid connection oversight.
• Ensure commissioning, testing, and documentation (O&M manuals, H&S files) are complete.
• Track budgets, approve invoices, and report progress regularly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in solar or renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar systems, grid connections, and monitoring technology.
• Skilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project financials.
