We're seeking an exceptional engineering leader who can elevate our high-performing mobile team to new heights of excellence and innovation.

What You Will Do in This Role:

• Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers while maintaining hands-on development of automation frameworks
• Architect and implement AI-enhanced testing solutions for complex mobile security applications
• Personally develop automation code using cutting-edge frameworks and AI-powered testing tools
• Integrate machine learning models for test optimization, defect prediction, and visual testing
• Establish QA processes that leverage AI for test case generation and prioritization
• Partner with data science teams to implement ML-based anomaly detection in test results
• Configure and optimize CI/CD pipelines with AI-driven test selection strategies
• Build intelligent monitoring systems to identify security vulnerabilities in mobile apps
• Drive innovation in mobile testing through emerging AI technologies and tools
  
  
  

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role:

• Advanced proficiency in mobile automation frameworks (Appium, XCUITest, Espresso)
• Experience with AI-powered testing tools (Applitools, or similar)
• Strong coding skills in Python, Java, Swift or Kotlin with AI framework experience
• Technical leadership experience managing high-performing mobile teams
• Exceptional communication skills that bridge technical and business perspectives
• Talent for balancing delivery excellence with team growth and well-being
• Proven ability to create automation architectures that scale across platforms
• Understanding of mobile security concepts and AI-driven security testing approaches
