Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager – Fund Accounting / Fund Events :

• Lead end-to-end management of fund events projects, including new fund setups, share class launches, mergers, restructurings, and migrations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Manage cross-functional Fund Accounting operations teams, coordinating activities across legal, compliance, risk, and operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Apply structured project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to optimize workflow, mitigate risks, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Identify potential bottlenecks, propose solutions, and proactively manage escalations.
• Facilitate progress reporting and status updates to senior stakeholders, regulators, and external advisors.
• Ensure smooth transition to business-as-usual operations following project completion, including knowledge transfer and documentation.

How do we imagine our future Senior Project Manager – Fund Accounting / Fund Events ?

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Fund Accounting, Fund Operations, or Asset Management environments.
• Strong expertise in managing fund events projects: launches, mergers, share class creations, and system migrations.
• Solid understanding of fund operations processes and regulatory frameworks (AIFMD, MiFID, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple operational teams and manage client-facing projects.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a structured and methodical approach.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage at senior levels.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile).
• Languages: Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.
