Role Description

This is a contract role for a Senior Java Developer, offered for a period of 3 to 6 months. As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for software development, programming, and building microservices using the Spring Framework and Java. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions. This is a hybrid role located in the Amsterdam Area, allowing flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Software Development and Programming
• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework
• Expertise in Java
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Experience with cloud-based environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldJava Oracle Certified Professional
• You master various frameworks and tools, such as Micro services, Microprofile (Quarkus / Liberty), OpenApi, Git / GitHub-Flow, Maven, Tekton / Jenkins, OpenShift, SonarQube, BDD, DDD JIRA. &
• at least five years of work experience developing in Java EE (5 years)
• You have at least 5 years of demonstrable and relevant work experience in a similar position; (5 years)
• Knowledge of SOA Microservices REST/SOAP is an advantage
