VP of Product – AI-Powered SaaS (Amsterdam)

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid: 3–4 days per week in office)

Package: Circa €150K base + equity

We’re looking for a hands-on VP of Product to join the leadership team and shape the future of an AI platform that is transforming how enterprises and individuals interact with technology. This is a chance to build at the frontier of AI + SaaS, leading a small but growing product organisation and owning the product vision from strategy to execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow the product team, instilling a pragmatic but ambitious product culture.
• Own the product roadmap, moving from client-led delivery to platform-led scale.
• Partner closely with engineering leadership to ship enterprise-grade SaaS.
• Drive consumer-facing product experiences, rethinking traditional forms into conversational, adaptive, AI-driven journeys.
• Work side by side with designers to create products that not only work but delight.
• Stay hands-on: from whiteboarding solutions to sketching wireframes, you’ll enjoy building, not just managing.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven product leadership (5+ years) in a SaaS company, ideally scaling from Series A-C.
• Strong B2B SaaS experience, with exposure to consumer-facing products (B2B2C).
• A track record of building and shipping enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.
• Passion for AI - you’ve explored tools beyond ChatGPT and have a vision for human + AI collaboration.
• Strong UI/UX instincts - you can recognise and demand great design.
• Startup/scale-up DNA: you thrive with ambiguity, create structure without bureaucracy, and prefer doing over talking.
• Clear, concise communicator who values efficiency over corporate theatre.
