What you’ll do

As AI Lead Engineer, your task are:

• Lead and mentor AI engineers across multiple teams.
• Design and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions in hybrid cloud environments.
• Build APIs and services that make AI models available across the business.
• Automate infrastructure with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Set up monitoring and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog).
• Ensure AI deployments are secure, reliable, and scalable.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or AI/ML engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Azure / AWS / GCP and Kubernetes.
• Experience with GPU compute environments and AI frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow, NVIDIA Triton).
• Hands-on with Python and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• A coach and mentor who enjoys driving best practices and team growth.
