The Challenge

We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join a skilled product and engineering team working on high-impact international projects.

You will:

• Design and deliver intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications;
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to identify pain points and improve user journeys;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD;
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs;
• Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components;
• Apply best practices in responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability standards;
• Work with product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions;
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute actively to cross-functional collaboration;
• Stay up to date with the latest UX/UI trends, design patterns, and tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects;
• Solid knowledge of design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar);
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility;
• Experience creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows;
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches;
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders;
• Strong communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions;
• Comfortable working in Agile teams with Jira, and Confluence;
• Fluency in English (minimum C1);
• Open to work hybrid in one of the following cities (Porto, Braga, or Lisbon).
