Web Project Manager with Planning & UX Skills

OysterLink is the newest and fastest-growing restaurant & hospitality job site. The site just launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically.

Our goal is to generate millions of monthly visitors organically within two years' time.

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to:

1. Plan out features and creates specification documents
2. Be proactive to improve upon ideas and utilize AI to streamline execution
3. Manage the dev team on the implementation of various features
4. Provide QA to ensure features have no bugs
5. BONUS: ability to track user behavior via analytics and make informed decisions

The end GOAL of the Project Manager is to:

• Be efficient in managing dev team, have all your tasks neatly planned, minimize bugs on the platform and keep good research of competition

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading dev teams of 5+ people and building software products
• 1+ years of experience using AI for project development and dev team management to accelerate product research, planning, design, and development and delivery
• Be ready to demonstrate samples of your previous work, including:
• Doing product research
• Creating diagrams & wireframes
• Writing technical specification documents
• Ensure tasks are prompt ready, so AI assisted development is efficient
• Creating Analytics reports & product experiments
• Etc.
• BIG PLUS IF YOU HAVE:
• Elementary knowledge of SEO, Marketing across multiple channels & Analytics is a plus
• Technical (development) background is a plus
• Previous experience with similar websites/products (job boards, job apps) is a plus
• Google Analytics / BigQuery analysis and Looker Studio reporting, turning raw event data into clear growth next steps and features to test plans
• Hands-on with Optimizely, VWO, Clarity, or similar testing/insight tools

Responsibilities:

• Manage the development team
• Gather and document business requirements (From GM & departments leads – SEO/Marketing, support, content, finance, etc.)
• Evaluate and prioritize product requirements (with the company leadership)
• Create and maintain prioritized backlog
• Write technical specifications for features and maintain full project documentation
• Work with a UI/UX designer to create designs/mockups
• Estimate the development effort required to complete features/product requirements (with the dev lead/dev team)
• Create and maintain the project roadmap, delivery timelines and ensure smooth delivery process
• Daily track product results, run feature experiments and optimize for conversions
• Daily Research
• Daily keep up with AI tools and advances in the field
• Daily keep up with competition and do constant research on our target market needs

The ideal candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely & quality output through collaboration with other team members.
