Your Mission Will Be

• Provide operational support to the team in daily networking and connectivity tasks;
• Configure and monitor switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure;
• Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of video conferencing systems;
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify dependencies and resolve them quickly;
• Continuously seek improvements in processes and solutions.
  
  

You Will Need

• A proactive mindset, with ownership to solve issues and engage the right people when needed;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to question and think critically;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
  
  

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Previous exposure to networking, even through internships or academic projects;
• Interest in continuously evolving and reviewing how to improve technical solutions;
• Capacity to anticipate potential obstacles and address them effectively;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
