Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer (4+ years) to strengthen our cloud and DevOps capabilities. The role involves designing, automating, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployments on Microsoft Azure while enabling teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Implement containerization and orchestration solutions with Docker and AKS.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure infrastructure and applications.
• Ensure secure and compliant deployments with Azure Key Vault, RBAC, and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to accelerate releases.
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices, automation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts, Boards).
• Solid experience in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS).
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, Git workflows, and release strategies.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics).

Good to Have

• Microsoft certifications: AZ-400 (DevOps Engineer Expert), AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), or AZ-900.
• Knowledge of networking and security in Azure (VNETs, NSGs, Load Balancers).
• Exposure to hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
