Abbott’s EPD is looking for a dynamic Strategic Project Assistant to join our Commercial Development, Strategy & Sales team for Emerging Markets.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a purpose-driven organization, supporting high-impact projects that shape commercial strategy across diverse regions.

What You’ll Do

• Be a key partner in strategic project execution, supporting cross-functional workstreams and ensuring smooth coordination from planning to implementation.
• Drive project governance, track milestones, manage documentation, and prepare impactful presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with functional leaders to define deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Lead selected initiatives such as training programs, team-building events, and compliance activities.
• Support onboarding, internal recognition processes, and maintain team infrastructure (e.g., SharePoint, virtual workspaces).

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in project management, finance, or business operations.
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating diverse teams.
