What We Expect From You?

Graduated from undergraduate or postgraduate departments of Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering.

Preferably have experience in the auto insurance sector.

Advanced knowledge of SAS.

Confident in your English skills.

Willing to work in an agile environment.

Competent in data analysis with a strategic perspective and strong presentation skills.

Team-oriented and value team spirit.

Value personal development and knowledge sharing.

Preferably have done projects in data science and machine learning, and have worked in a Hadoop environment.

Preferably experienced with WTW Radar and Emblem applications.

Yow can you make an impact?

Monitor the profitability and production of auto insurance products using internal and public data.

Create, monitor, and propose actions for necessary reports and dashboards for performance tracking.

Follow market dynamics and propose new projects.

Conduct detailed ad-hoc analyses in a big data environment.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and pricing teams to meet necessary needs.

Develop churn and segmentation models using machine learning.

Prepare portfolio presentations for periodic meetings and present them to senior management.

Develop risk models using GLM and machine learning methods.
