Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to strengthen our People Services team within the LIXIL EMENA organization. This role focuses on delivering high-quality HR operational support for our employees in Germany, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal HR standards.
Your responsibilities:
● HR Documentation: Prepare, manage, and maintain all HR-related documents for our German employees, including employment contracts, contract amendments, reference letters, and other official correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with German labor law standards.
● Employee Lifecycle Management: Administer all stages of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and contract generation to managing changes in employment status and
coordinating the offboarding process.
● HR Operations: Serve as the first point of contact for employees and HRBPs in Germany for all HR-related inquiries. You will manage and resolve these queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
● HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee data in our HR information systems (e.g. SAP, WinCube, SAP SuccessFactors, JIRA) with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
● Process Improvement: Actively participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
● Collaboration and Communication: Work closely and collaboratively with the wider HR team, including HR Business Partners and Payroll, to ensure seamless HR service delivery. Foster a positive and supportive team environment.
Your profile:
● Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (C1 level or equivalent) and English (B2 level or equivalent), both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
● Experience: Proven experience in a HR administration or HR operations role, preferably within a shared services or international environment.
● HR Knowledge: A good understanding of core HR processes and the employee lifecycle. Familiarity with German labor law is a significant advantage.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Google Workspace. Experience with HR information systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) is highly desirable.
● Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees and stakeholders at all levels.
● Teamwork: A strong team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural team.
● Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is crucial for this position
