We Want You To

• Support white-collar recruitment processes including candidate screening, interview coordination, and employer branding activities
• Assist in the structuring and execution of our HGenius Long-Term Internship Program, ensuring an excellent candidate and intern experience
• Contribute to organizational planning and HR projects in collaboration with other People & Culture Partners
• Take part in event coordination, training organization, and engagement activities across different departments
• Provide support in HR data analysis and reporting
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and gain exposure to diverse areas of HR

You Will Also Need To Have

• 4th year undergraduate or master student in Business Administration, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Excellent command of both written & spoken English
• Available to work minimum 3 days per week
• Strong communication, planning, organization and reporting skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage several project simultaneously
• Reliability, sense of responsibility and can-do mindset
• Excellent command of MS Office programs
• Team player, self-motivated and analytical minded
• Previous internship experience in Human Resources is a plus
