Your challenges

• We are looking for an Agile Coach with a strong technical background – ideally someone who has previously worked as a DevOps Engineer, System Engineer, or Software Engineer – and who wants to leverage that experience to support the organization in developing an Agile culture as well as DevOps practices.
• You will help teams and leaders adopt and improve Agile ways of working while promoting engineering excellence and technical agility (CI/CD, test automation, cloud, monitoring).
• Coach and mentor teams and leaders in Agile and DevOps practices.
• Support the setup and improvement of CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and technical agility.
• Organize workshops (Agile/DevOps Dojo) and coaching sessions.
• Advise on best practices in cloud, automation, and security.

Requirements

• Agile Coaching and Transformation experience
• Familiar with DevSecOps tools CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, monitoring/logging. everything as code, and zero-trust.
• Ability to demonstrate superior organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of Agile concepts, including Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and Agile Scaling.
• Experience as a hands-on organizational change agent working across multiple teams.
• Experience with assisting leadership and team members with removing barriers and embracing transformation by assisting each division to the standardized approach, and solutions to becoming Agile.
• Expert knowledge of business analysis and project management concepts and tools.
• Expert knowledge of product lifecycle management concepts.
• Expert knowledge of IT service development concepts.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business leaders.
• Certifications are a plus (e.g. ICAgile, SAFe, DevOps Institute, AWS/Azure).
• Fluency in English
