We are looking for an experienced People Advisor substitute, as our dear colleague will be going on maternity leave.

Do you have experience in people advisory and recruitment, and find motivation in working in a broad people role within all people related tasks and processes? Then you might just be our perfect candidate!


About the role:

  • You will be part of our People and Operations team, working at out headquarter in Stavanger. You will have specific functions and leaders dedicated to you as their advisor. You will work close with these on all people related matter. In addition, you will support all functions on recruitment in collaboration with our other people advisors.
  • As a people advisor in Laerdal Medical, you will work in a welcoming multinational work environment with more than 50 nationalities.


What are your key responsibilities?

  • Support leaders on all people related matters
  • Support managers across all functions in qualitative recruitment (functions located at the Stavanger office).
  • Employee Branding activities together with key resources in the company
  • Responsible for the Intern program, following up and handling the program
  • Responsible for handling and updating information in Docusign based on inquiries


What key competencies are we seeking?

  • Master or Bachelor within Human Resource management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience (people advisory and recruitment)
  • Experienced in fascilitating workshops and processes on relevant matters in leadeship teams
  • Strong digital mindset, experience with HR systems and multiple digital platforms
  • Analytical and structured
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English
