Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Oil & Gas EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of proven experience in managing large-scale EPC projects, with deep knowledge of project execution, stakeholder management, and HSE compliance in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of EPC oil & gas projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Track project performance and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive change management, contract administration, and claims/variation handling.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical or related field).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, with at least 5 years in a Project Manager role.
• Strong understanding of UAE/local project regulations and industry standards.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
