About The Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer/PHP Developer to join our dynamic team at Ganymede Solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a greenfield project, developing a powerful new asset management system from the ground up. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend solutions primarily using PHP (Laravel) and MySQL, while also contributing to the frontend development using modern technologies such as JavaScript frameworks. This position offers hybrid or remote working options, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, contributing your expertise to create scalable and efficient solutions that have a long-term impact on the organization and its clients.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have between 3 to 6 years of experience in full stack or back-end development roles. A strong professional background in PHP, particularly with Laravel framework, and MySQL is essential. Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap is required, along with experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular. Familiarity with cloud-based tools, especially Azure DevOps, and experience with CI/CD pipelines are highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if equivalent practical experience is demonstrated.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Developer at Ganymede Solutions, your responsibilities will include designing and implementing robust backend architectures using PHP (Laravel) and MySQL, developing RESTful APIs, and ensuring seamless integration with frontend components. You will contribute to the development of user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Vue.js, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly experience. Collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other developers, you will translate functional requirements into technical solutions. You will also be involved in setting up and maintaining cloud-based development environments, managing version control through Azure DevOps, and implementing CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to uphold high-quality standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
