Your new role

The Reporting & Analytics Specialist is to empower organizations with timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence by transforming complex data into clear insights through innovative analysis, reporting and visualization tools. This role involves developing end-to-end reporting solutions, from data collection and transformation to report generation and visualization.

The Analyst prioritizes data quality and accessibility to help stakeholders make confident, data-driven decisions, leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling to drive business insights.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in data reporting and visualization in mining/heavy industry
• 8+ years BI/visualization experience
• Expert knowledge of: Modern BI platforms and tools, Data visualization best practices, SQL and data modeling, Mining operations metrics
• Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Change management experience.
• Business process understanding
• Effective communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Understanding of the business domain to provide relevant insights and recommendations.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
