WHY JOIN OATLY?
It’s us, the original oat drink company that started in Sweden back nearly 30 years ago.
Sustainability, health, and transparency are the core values that guide everything we do. Basically, we exist to make it easy for people to eat better and live healthier lives without recklessly taxing the planet’s resources in the process. If you’re driven to help us make a positive impact in the world, here’s your chance to be a change-maker.
As a Graphic Designer focused on packaging, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and visual communication across the Oatly universe, which include 25+ markets across EMEA, the US, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
You’ll report into our Global Design Director based in Gothenburg and work hand in hand with the Innovation and Technical Product Management team and the ODMC (Oatly Department of Mind Control).
Due to business needs, qualified candidates must reside in Gothenburg, Sweden. Native/full professional proficiency in English is a must. Fluent Swedish is very useful but not mandatory.

What We Need You To Bring To The Table
As you can probably tell, we’re a norm-breaking company. For us, diversity and differences are an obvious asset. We know that amazing candidates can sometimes be put off applying for a job unless they can tick every box, and that makes us really sad. So please trust your gut and apply if it feels right. The only non negotiable is the location (Gothenburg)
We treat all candidates equally: If you are interested, please apply through our application system - any correspondence should come from there. This will ensure that the candidate experience is smooth and fair to everyone!
We kindly ask that you apply in English.
