They are seeking an experienced Quantitative Trader to design and execute high-frequency, market-neutral strategies with end-to-end ownership. Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, and refine latency-sensitive, market-neutral trading strategies.
• Build real-time, automated trading algorithms that interact with decentralized protocols.
• Conduct advanced market analysis, leveraging blockchain datasets and proprietary analytics.
• Implement robust risk management frameworks to optimize capital efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance models and drive performance.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience running high-frequency or proprietary trading strategies end-to-end.
• Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript, Rust, or similar (Solidity a plus).
• Proven quantitative and analytical expertise with the ability to extract insights from complex data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving markets and technologies.
• Curiosity and conviction about crypto and decentralized markets.
• Experience with DeFi protocols, DEXs, and MEV dynamics is advantageous.
