Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to partner directly with the Group COO in driving Antalpha’s global operations and strategic initiatives. This is not just a coordination role — the Chief of Staff will act as an extension of the COO, ensuring priorities are executed, processes are optimized, and cross-regional teams remain aligned.

The ideal candidate is able to navigate global stakeholder dynamics, and skilled at turning strategy into action. You will balance hands-on operational execution with high-level strategic planning, playing a critical role in Antalpha’s growth and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Partner to COO: Translate high-level strategy into actionable plans, ensuring the COO’s priorities are executed effectively across functions and regions.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline and refine workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and productivity across business units.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Oversee coordination between global teams, managing resource allocation, project timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Governance & Standards: Ensure operations comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks.
• Problem-Solving & Improvements: Anticipate risks, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and implement sustainable, high-impact solutions.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise, train, and mentor operations staff, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12–15+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or project management, ideally within fintech, financial services, crypto/blockchain, or technology.
• Strong understanding of global operational processes, risk management, and regulatory alignment.
• Proven track record managing complex cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to collaborate effectively with global teams, including APAC.
• Experience engaging with global regulatory environments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities.
