User Interface Designer - Junior

We are a U.S.-based digital marketing and technology company helping healthcare providers grow smarter with data, design, and digital solutions. We are building SaaS applications, dashboards, and marketing platforms that directly support clinics and practices.

We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our international team. While this role is posted as “junior,” we welcome applications from more experienced designers — and are ready to expand responsibilities and compensation for the right candidate.

• Collaborate with product owners and developers to design user-friendly interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs in Figma.
• Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.
• Support both SaaS dashboard design and marketing website projects.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Stay up to date with design trends and best practices.
  

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design (agency, freelance, or in-house).
• Proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems).
• Strong sense of visual design, typography, and layout.
• Understanding of user-centred design principles.
• Good communication skills in English.
• A portfolio that shows both UI visuals and UX thinking (required).

Bonus points for:

• Experience designing dashboards or SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of user testing, research, or analytics.
  

• Monthly salary: $1,000 – $1,600, based on skills and experience.
• Junior designers will typically start in the lower range, while mid-level candidates may be considered at the higher end with expanded responsibilities.
