Program Manager
Summary
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across IT and non-IT domains, including supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in program management methodologies to deliver high-impact results.
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving execution across multiple projects, establishing governance frameworks, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, influence strategy, and deliver measurable outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver multiple projects of varying size and complexity across IT and non-IT functions.
- Define methodologies, create templates, and establish best practices for program governance.
- Develop and maintain the Knowledge Management System (KMS).
- Identify, assess, and track program risks, issues, and opportunities to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Supervise project managers and scrum masters to ensure alignment and delivery excellence.
- Monitor progress, prepare MIS reports, and present updates to leadership.
- Travel as required to support program needs.
Requirements
- Graduate degree with proven Program/Project Management experience.
- Formal training in program and project management methodologies.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), MIS reporting, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master.
- Track record of successful program delivery across IT, supply chain, infrastructure, and marketing.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion implementation.
