The Opportunity

Join our Data & Analytics team to build reliable data pipelines and performant SQL that power reporting, analytics, and integrations. You’ll work primarily with Python + SQL, with opportunities to touch Snowflake, SAP data, and dbt as we scale our modern data platform.

What you’ll do

• Design and maintain SQL objects (queries, views, stored procs, functions).
• Tune database performance and optimise queries.
• Build ETL/ELT pipelines in Python and SQL; automate and schedule jobs.
• Integrate data from ERP (SAP), CRM, and cloud platforms.
• Support migration and transformation into Snowflake.
• Implement dbt models for modular transformations, versioning, and lineage.
• Partner with analysts/data scientists to deliver trustworthy datasets.
• Uphold data governance, security, and compliance; document models and flows.

What you’ll bring (Essential)

• 3–5 years in database development or data engineering.
• Strong SQL skills (design + optimisation).
• Solid Python for data transformation/automation/API work.
• Experience with relational DBs (SQL Server/Postgres/Oracle/MySQL).
• Understanding of data modelling and ETL/ELT best practices.

Nice to have (Desirable)

• Snowflake experience.
• Exposure to SAP data structures/integration.
• dbt familiarity.
• Git and CI/CD ways of working; basic Docker a plus.
• BI tooling (Power BI/Tableau/SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Cloud platform exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and orchestration (Airflow/ADF).
