Trideca is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support a high-impact Cards Platform Uplift initiative, as part of a broader Pay Technology transformation. The project focuses on re-platforming legacy systems onto a modern, SaaS-based, real-time card solution and uplifting integrations across the enterprise architecture.

About The Role

Were looking for a high-performing Mid-Level Android Developer to join our Trideca engineering team, working on innovative new features for our clients flagship mobile application in the financial services domain.

This is a hands-on development role where youll work closely with designers, backend engineers, product managers, and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and seamless mobile experiences. If youre passionate about building elegant Android solutions that delight users, this role is perfect for you.

What You'll Do

• Build, enhance, and optimise features in our clients Android mobile app.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new functionality.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern Android development practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team performance.
• Contribute to an agile environment focused on delivering iterative, high-quality solutions.

What Were Looking For

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Android development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android frameworks.
• Proven experience in building, scaling, and releasing mobile apps at a production level.
• Solid understanding of Android architecture patterns and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
