Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and business-savvy Solution Architect to join our APAC Presales team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and client needs, designing tailored, high-impact digital transformation solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Presales Leadership: Partner with business development, account leads, and delivery teams to shape compelling solution architectures that reflect client objectives and leverage Globant’s value proposition.
• Client Engagement: Lead client-facing sessions, presentations, and workshops to assess challenges, define needs, and articulate the technical vision and business value of proposed solutions.
• Solution Design: Translate client requirements into scalable, modular, and future-proof architectures using Globant’s multidisciplinary services, platforms, and accelerators.
• Storytelling & Business Value Mapping: Craft and communicate narratives that clearly articulate how technology solutions deliver strategic outcomes, blending storytelling with measurable ROI.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Orchestrate cross-functional teams (Strategy, UX, Tech, Data, AI) to develop cohesive proposals and ensure consistency in the value proposition.
• Thought Leadership: Represent Globant in external forums, industry events, and conferences across the APAC region as a solution evangelist.
• Travel Ready: Be available to travel across the region to meet clients, conduct workshops, or attend strategic pitches as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (7+ years) in presales or solution architecture roles in a digital consulting or tech services environment.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage executive audiences.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise and digital architecture, including cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), integration, data, and AI.
• Experience crafting customer journeys and technology roadmaps aligned to business value.
• Ability to simplify complex technology ideas into business-friendly concepts.
• Confident storyteller who can create excitement and clarity around digital transformation strategies.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills across distributed teams.
• Fluent in English; additional APAC language(s) a plus.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with industries such as Travel, Healthcare, Media, or Telecom in the APAC region.
• Experience in proposal writing, RFP responses, and pricing strategy collaboration.
• Exposure to Agile and product-centric delivery models.
